ABOUT THIS SITE
Though making as a current practice is relatively new, making-based practices have been around quite awhile. Makerspaces, which are workshop spaces that support making, are also emerging as a trend within K12, higher education, and communities across the nation (and the globe).
The rising popularity of making, coupled with its relative infancy, is leading to new and divergent streams of research. This site is an attempt to curate and categorize some of that research.
